PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO THE PROMOTION DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By entering the eFootball™ Your Team, Your Reward Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in your state of residence as of date of entry. Employees of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (“Konami” or “Sponsor”), Optimum Sports, Men in Blazers, GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, successors, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as parents, spouses, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING AND ENTRY PERIODS:
Eligible entrants may enter into the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 13, 2025 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 26, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of six (6) separate entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins and ends in accordance with the schedule set forth below:

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants must visit https://efootballyourteamyourreward.konami.com/ (the “Website”).
- Grand Prize Entry: To earn a Grand Prize entry (refer to Grand Prize in Section 4 below) (“Grand Prize Entry”), eligible entrants must complete all required fields on the Website entry form including first and last name, email address and daytime phone number (“Entry Form”).

Grand Prize Bonus Entry: Provided you completed the Entry Form for this Sweepstakes as described in a) above, you will receive one (1) Grand Prize bonus entry (refer to Grand Prize in Section 4 below) (“Bonus Entry”) when you provide your User ID (defined below).
- User ID: To find your user ID (“User ID), you must (1) have access to a PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Steam, Windows or an Android/iOS device (each a “Device”) prior to the start of the applicable Entry Period; (2) download the free available “eFootball™” game (the “Game”) on your Device if you have not already done so; (3) visit the Game home screen; select “Extras”, “User Information”, then “User Personal Information”.
- Weekly Prize Entry: During each Entry Period as described in Section 2 above, provided you have completed the Entry Form for this Sweepstakes as described in a) above, you will receive a Weekly Prize entry (refer to Weekly Prize in Section 4 below) (“Weekly Prize Entry”), when you provide your User ID and select a designated Weekly Prize Entry box.
To submit Grand Prize Entry, Grand Prize Bonus Entry, or Weekly Prize Entry (collectively or separately, “Entries”), you must check the box to accept the Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and click “Submit.”
- Entry Limit:
- Grand Prize Entry: Limit one (1) Grand Prize Entry per person/authorized email account holder during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Grand Prize Bonus Entry: Limit one (1) Grand Prize Bonus Entry per person/authorized email account holder during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Weekly Prize Entries: Limit one (1) Weekly Prize Entry per Prize per person/authorized email account holder per Entry Period.
There is a maximum of two (2) total Entries for the Grand Prize. Non-winning eligible Weekly Prize Entries will not roll over to be eligible to win in the subsequent Entry Period. The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. Subsequent entries from the same eligible individual in excess of the entry limit will be automatically disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or unintelligible entries. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible and will be disregarded.
4. RANDOM DRAWINGS, PRIZES, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV):
GMR will randomly select the following potential Weekly Prize winners (refer to Weekly Prize below) according to the schedule below from among all eligible Weekly Prize Entries received during each Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during an Entry Period. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

- One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about April 1, 2025, from all eligible Grand Prize Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Grand Prize is one (1) Messi autographed soccer jersey (jersey style, size, color, signature, display, and all other aspects of the jersey are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend a 2025 Soccer match (the “Soccer Match”) in the United States (the “Trip”) (the selected Soccer Match is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).
The Trip portion of each Grand Prize consists of:
● Two (2) tickets to a Soccer Match for the winner and one (1) guest (“Ticket(s)”) (Ticket type, seat location, and all other aspects of the Tickets is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute tickets for a cash payment in the form of a corporate check or gift card).
● Lodging/hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest for night (2) nights (one room, double occupancy) including room and tax only at a hotel determined by the Sponsor; winner is responsible for providing any required credit card or deposit upon hotel check-in for personal use of incidental charges during hotel stay.
● Round-trip economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) to a major commercial airport in the city in which the Soccer Match is located.
● $600 prepaid bank gift card for winner intended to be used to cover any cost of incidentals at hotel, food, transportation, or spending cash.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,730.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $6,689.99.
The Grand and Weekly Prizes shall be referred to separately and collectively as “Prize” or “Prizes.” Grand and Weekly Prize winners shall be referred to separately and collectively as “Winner” or “Winners.”
Additional Grand Prize Terms:
Grand Prize winner must plan travel with GMR and travel must occur on dates presented by the Sponsor, or the applicable Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the Prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Winner and their guest must possess any insurance and valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID) in order to travel.
Dates of departure and return, travel route, air carriers, seat selection, hotel accommodations, activities, and all elements of a Prize will be arranged by GMR and determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability and change. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Prize trip may not be combined with any other travel and flights and hotel stays may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed.
All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, airline optional services and baggage fees, tips, entertainment, transfers, meals, and transportation to and from Prize Winner’s/guest’s home residences are a Winner’s/guest’s sole responsibilities.
Released Parties are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of a Prize and the Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay/missed flight. Any change made by a Prize Winner or guest to the travel itinerary, including any cost implications, is a Prize Winner’s sole responsibility. For a Prize Winner who resides within three hundred (300) miles of the destination, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, with no further obligation to the winner. In connection with the Sweepstakes, be advised that any and all policies, guidelines, and recommendations of the CDC, hotel, and airlines must be followed. In addition, Grand Prize winner and their guest should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other travel or a different Soccer Match date. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a Prize permitted, except that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including without limitation, prize availability.
Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Autographed items are awarded “as is”.
Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest (if applicable) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal of the offending Winner or guest from the venue.
Any and all federal, state, or local tax obligation or other expense that the Winner may be liable for as a result of receiving a Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner and Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. Winners will be issued a 1099-MISC tax form for the ARV of the Prize delivered in a calendar year. Grand Prize winner will receive 1099-MISC tax forms for the 2025 calendar year. Winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a Prize. ARV of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. All Grand Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
These are estimated values only. The actual value of each Grand Prize is expected to vary, based on the point of origination, airfare fluctuations, and hotel pricing. If the actual value of the Trip portion of the Grand Prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored.
Acceptance, participation in and/or use of a Prize is at Winner’s sole risk and the Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of a Prize.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY:
A) Weekly Prize Winners: The potential Prize Winners will be notified by phone or email to the phone or email address provided on each potential winner’s Registration Form within three (3) business days following each Entry Period’s random drawing.
Each potential Prize Winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the day of the first notification to respond to the email and/or phone call and provide their responses to the presented eligibility questions and their full valid shipping address including their first and last names, street address, city, state, zip code (no P.O. Boxes accepted) and their phone number or the respective potential Prize Winner will automatically forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
Within two (2) business days of receipt of each potential Prize Winner’s response, the Sponsor/GMR will email and/or phone call the potential Prize Winner and advise them of their Winner status. The Prizes will be shipped within eight (8) weeks following winner confirmation to the addresses each confirmed Prize Winner provides during the notification process.
B) Grand Prize Winner: On or about April 1, 2025, the potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or email to the phone or email address provided on each potential Winner’s Registration Form.
The potential Grand Prize winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the day of the first notification to respond to the email and/or phone call and provide their responses to the presented eligibility questions or the respective potential Winner will automatically forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, publicity release, background investigation authorization form if applicable, and the appropriate tax documents (the “Documents”) via the secure electronic notary process provided by GMR or other method acceptable to the Sponsor, within five (5) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, and may need to pass a background check prior to being confirmed as a Grand Prize winner, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
a) Background Investigation: The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background investigation on the potential Winner and/or guest and reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any potential Winner or guest based on the results of such background investigation, if the Sponsor determines in their sole discretion that awarding a Prize to such Winner or guest might reflect negatively on the Sponsor.
Potential Grand Prize winner and/or guest agrees and understands that they must agree to authorize and cooperate with an independent background investigation by the Sponsor and/or its agents by completing a background investigation consent form in the designated timeframe for an investigation of their background, references, character, employment, education, social media, and without limitation civil and criminal court records or police records, including a review of social media, including those maintained by both public and private organizations and all public records, for the purpose of confirming information provided by the potential Winner or guest and/or obtaining other information that may be relevant to qualifications as the potential prize recipient in the Sweepstakes. Potential Grand Prize winner or guest agree and understand that based on such results, they may be disqualified if the results are not acceptable to the Sponsor at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and that the specific reason(s) for any such disqualification will not be provided to any disqualified potential Grand Prize winner or guest. The results of such background investigation(s) will NOT be shared with the disqualified or potential Grand Prize winner.
Grand Prize Winners’ Guests: The Grand Prize winner’s guest must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless the guest is the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner, then Grand Prize winner must complete, sign, and return on their behalf the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, publicity release, background investigation authorization form if applicable, within five (5) calendar days of delivery of the Grand Prize winner Documents and prior to travel, at the discretion of the Sponsor, prior to being confirmed as a guest, or the guest portion of the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.
Email notification will be made from info@gmrpromotions.com. Entrants are advised to add info@gmrpromotions.com to their safe senders list to ensure delivery of any Winner notification emails. Voicemail messages will be left for potential Grand Prize winners if the functionality of the potential Winners’ phone services allow. It is the responsibility of the potential Winners to ensure email and voicemail services are available and functional, and to check voicemail and email messages for notifications.
If a notified potential Winner is not eligible, forfeits Prize, declines Prize, or if any Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential Winner fails to accept any Prize within the specified time period, this may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize and an alternate Winner may be randomly selected as a potential Winner of the applicable Prize, time and circumstances permitting, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only up to three (3) alternate potential Prize Winners may be notified, time permitting, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded.
6. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where legally prohibited, all Winners and Grand Prize winners’ guests grant to the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees, the right to the use of their name, city and state of residence, as well as any picture, image, likeness, voice, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness, biographical information and statements provided by such Winners and Grand Prize winners’ guests, at any time or times, for advertising and/or trade purposes, publicity and promotional purposes, or for any other purpose the Sponsor or Released Parties and their designees and assigns see fit, without limitation, in any media or format now or hereafter known or discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional notice, consent, review or approval, and without additional compensation (financial or otherwise), unless prohibited by law.
7. BY PARTICIPATING, entrant (or if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to accept and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, selection of entrant and/or awarding of Prize, shall be resolved by the Sponsor whose decisions shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to indemnify, release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties and their employees, officers, directors and agents from any injury, liability, loss or damage to person, including death or property damage due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Neither the Released Parties nor their affiliates are responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of Prizes. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or by other cause (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Released Parties and their employees, officers, directors and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of: (i) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers, or telephone or network lines; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (vi) injury, losses, or damage of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, including related travel. IN NO EVENT WILL KONAMI OR THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FOR ANY ACTION OR OMISSION MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING IN THESE RULES AND IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AWARDED, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
The Released shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the Sweepstakes, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). Reasons may include any cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes; disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures (a “Disruption”); or a Force Majeure event or occurrence. If a Disruption is deemed to be the responsibility of an individual, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any such individual. In the event the Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated as a result of a Disruption or Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right to select any remaining potential Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to time of such event. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, cable, satellite, servers, network or Internet service provider (ISP), computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE, OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an email account, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” email account submitted at the time of the entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address. If an entry contains the name of one individual, only the first named individual will be deemed to be the entrant.
10. ARBITRATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and Konami of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Official Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Hawthorne, California, USA area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.
11.
