ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS RESIDING IN CALIFORNIA, 13 OR OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED. AN ELIGIBLE MINOR SHOULD HAVE A PARENT’S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION TO ENTER. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins at 2:00 AM (UTC) on November 10, 2025 and ends at 2:59 PM (UTC) on November 19, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://efootballevent2025.konami.com/ and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 2:59 PM (UTC) on November 19, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to accept any entry for any reason.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 23, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners will be notified by email and in-game and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the email notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected, time permitting. If a potential winner is an eligible minor, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute all required documents on behalf of their minor child and themselves and accompany winner as their guest for the prize. The parents or legal guardians of winner if winner is a minor child may be required to execute a liability/publicity release in order to attend. Winner and (and parent/legal guardian if applicable) also agree to abide by any venue rules, code of conduct, and safety, health, and infection control measures that may be communicated by Sponsor. Entry to the event may be denied if entry information does not match identification verification documents or if safety concerns arise.
PRIZES (55): Prize consists of visit for winner to the Konami US Offices in Hawthorne, CA on December 6, 2025 (or other date determined by Sponsor) for the opportunity to play in offline eFootball match sessions, participate in a fan roundtable discussion, receive a merchandise bundle which includes a jersey, bag, and towel (a $68 value), and a meet & greet with MLSPA players (exact players to be determined by Sponsor). Prize must be accepted in its entirety (i.e., if you do not attend the event, you do not receive the merchandise bundle). Merchandise bundle will be provided at the event.
Winners and guests represent and warranty that any feedback they provide as part of the roundtable discussion with be truthful, accurate and reflect their own experiences and beliefs. Sponsor reserves the right to film, photograph, and otherwise record the winner and guest during the prize experience (“Prize Experience Footage”). Winners and guests (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) understand that Sponsor shall own all right, title and interest in the Prize Experience Footage and that Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, successors and assigns (collectively “Licensed Parties”) will have the unlimited right to use the Prize Experience Footage (including, without limitation, winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice, performance and image), edited or altered as Sponsor sees fit, and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, together with any other material, in any manner, and in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, in a commercial, anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade without prior notice to, or approval or inspection by, winners or guests. Licensed Parties are under no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
Approximate retail value of each prize is $68.34. The total retail value of all prizes awarded will be $3,758.70. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners, including travel to and from the Konami US Office. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Winners (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians), by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their names, addresses (city and state), photographs, voices, opinions, and/or other likenesses and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians), by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, notifications, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS.
IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: To the extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Promotion, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles, CA. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or Sponsor’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
