Konami may obtain the following Information from a customer in the following cases:

The name, likeness, personal characteristics, voices, address and other residence

accepting applications for participation, providing services, and operating above

- When a customer answers a questionnaire conducted by Konami:

- When a customer contacts our customer support, and Konami responds to such

responses, and information necessary for responding to the request and supporting

- In addition to the above, Konami may obtain Information that a customer has provided

another person, including by posting on Twitter, Facebook or any other social
networking
service, or any platform provided by a third party, and for which the customer
consents that
such other person may provide it to a third party.

Konami may use Information obtained by us for the following purposes:
- To provide services or products, such as preserving data to make it possible to use
a game
continuously, linking games using different mediums, creating a ranking showing the

of a game, and operating the tournament using games
- To continue to provide products and services in a sound and appropriate manner
- To develop, improve, or enhance the quality of, products or services

When obtaining information set forth in the above Collection of Information(3), Konami
may use cookies, Web beacons, or other tracking technologies. A cookie is a mechanism to
store in a terminal, when it accesses a website, information designated by the website
operator (such as identification information of the browser used to access it). Konami
will use cookies with the aim of confirming the access status by each browser to a
website or server of Konami, so that when the customer using the browser returns to the
website or server of Konami, the configuration of the website or server will be adjusted
to enable the customer to use it in a more useful environment. Please note in advance
that a customer may deny use of cookies by changing the browser settings, but in this
case, Konami may be unable to provide the customer with a useful environment for

Entrustment and provision of Information to third party
An ad serving company who provides services, such as advertising or information analysis
services, collects and analyzes individual's behavioral history in receiving products

by using all kinds of identifications, cookies, and any other information technologies
presuming the individual. Based on their results, the ad serving company provides

- Copy of the basic resident register card with a photograph
(including the
reverse side showing the present address, in case of a change to the

- Copy of the residence card (including the reverse side showing the

address, in case of a change to the address)
- Copy of the special permanent resident certificate (including the
reverse
side showing the present address, in case of a change to the
address)
- Copy of an identification card for the insured person (health
insurance
card)
- In addition to the above, one transcript of the certificate of residence of
the
customer obtained within three months before the date of application (a copy
is not
accepted)

In certain cases, Konami may use other methods specified by us to verify the
customer’s
identity, instead of the method of verification with items a and b above.
- Documents for verification of proxy
If Disclosure, etc. of personal information is requested by proxy, the following
documents must be submitted, in addition to items a and b of the documents necessary
for requesting Disclosure, etc. of personal information for the verification of the
customer’s identity:
- Document showing the identity of the proxy (items a and b of the documents
necessary for requesting Disclosure, etc. of personal information pertaining
to the proxy)
- In case of a legal proxy (such as a parent), one copy of a document
verifying the
power of proxy, such as a copy of the family register or a certificate of
items
stated in family register (issued within three months)
- In case of an appointed proxy (such as a lawyer), one copy of a letter of
attorney
(with a signature and the registered seal of the customer concerned affixed)
and one
copy of the certificate of the seal impression for the registered seal of
the
customer concerned affixed to the letter of attorney
- Fee for requesting Disclosure, etc.
We charge 500 yen (consumption tax included) as an administration fee (including
postage) for each request for Disclosure, etc. of personal information. We may
charge an administration fee exceeding 500 yen (consumption tax included) depending
on the postage and number of prints of a written reply to you when such is needed.
- Points to be attended to when requesting Disclosure, etc. of personal
information
- We will not return the application form and other documents submitted for
requesting Disclosure, etc. of personal information. We will retain the
application forms, documents, and other similar information (data) submitted
by the customer for the necessary period and will destroy them upon the
lapse of the period.
The same applies in the case of a request for removal of personal
information where we remove the personal information concerned according to
the request.
- Our answer to a request for Disclosure, etc. of personal information will be
given in writing to the address (in Japan) of the requester (or the proxy in
the case of a request by proxy) entered in the application form if the
request is made by an application form.
