Privacy Policy for Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins

This privacy policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, and store your data in our game.

When you play our game, game play data is stored in your iCloud account storage to sync your game progress across devices. If you are signed in to Game Center on your Apple device, Apple will receive your gameplay activity, including scores and achievements.

The following game play data is stored in iCloud:

◾System settings (Type of device used to play, language settings, BGM/SE volume settings, etc.)

◾Status of game progress (Information on what stages have been cleared, what costumes are unlocked, what collection items have been obtained, etc.)

The following game play data is sent to Game Center:

◾Status of unlocked achievements.

As explained above, we use iCloud to store your game play data, and send data to Game Center to track achievements. We may share data if required by law or necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We do not share data with any third party to use for that third party’s own purposes.

You may decline to store data in iCloud or to send data to Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our game. As a result, you will only be able to play in single player offline mode. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. As a result, you will not appear on leaderboards.

Children may play our game and we limit our data collection and use to persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game. If you are a parent, you can decline to have data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center. If you wish to request deletion of the information we have collected, please contact us at [dpo-team@konami.com].

Other than the above, Konami will collect, use and store your non-personally identifiable and anonymous data (non-personal data), such as logs including session start time and end time, and play data including how often you played, play progress, levels and achievements in the game (collectively, “User Data”). Konami will collect the User Data automatically from your device and store on Amazon Web Services server and use the User Data to analyze and use for improving this game and developing a new function of this game, only when you meet both of the following conditions:

i) you have signed in to the Game Center and your account is not subject to the age limitation; and

ii) you agree to collecting of your data in the game.

The retention period of such User Data is up to six (6) months after providing of this game services is ended.

Konami does not use your data for any purposes other than as needed in order to provide our game to you.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by sending email to [dpo-team@konami.com]. For clarity, we cannot delete the User Data we have collected from you because the User Data is a non-personal data and we cannot identify which data is your data. However, you can stop collecting such User Data at any time for the future by turning off the setting at the Options in the game.
